I'm just softly crying reading this about Margo and you. I venture to say I have not had such a close bond at this level with anyone in life as you both had and have. What an inspiration and challenge, honestly, to me is your level of love for one another. I am profoundly honored to share in this beautiful miracle you both shared by the divine orchestration of the Creator and loving Father who matched and knit your hearts together. Can't wait to meet her when all things are made new. Thank you so much for trusting me with your priceless treasure of thoughts, tears and your heart poured out here for your four-legged angel, Margo. If we could be more like dogs, we would be better people. Thank you Lori. Ps I liked sering the Kong, PB, and squirrel. So funny and true.

My deepest sympathies to you on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 6 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

She, like Margo was gone far too soon. Its easier now but I still miss Amor and think of her everyday. I'm sure soon you will smile just remembering all the love and joy Margo gave you so freel. I know its also possible to again love a little friend. Please visit Amor at Rainbow bridge to see my little girl. Take care, God bless. Lori - what a wonderful tribute to Margo...she was definitely loved by her mommy! My heart goes out to you...I understand your pain....they are our children and sadly their lives here on earth are way to short even under the best of circumstances. Take care honey and you're right...one day she'll be with you again! Love you...Cindy

My sincere sympathy on the loss of your beloved Margo. God bless you for taking in one of his poor abandoned creatures and showing them that not all people are bad. Your love and compassion made her remaining time on this earth happy and peaceful. She did what God put her here to do. Your last gift to her was to release her from the pain and suffering of this place. I hope that the memories you have of your time together help to ease the pain of your loss. your tribute is one of the beautiful i've read.

Hey girl...I am deeply touched by your memorial for your precious girl Margo. I never knew the whole story - thank you so much for sharing. I've been thinking about her alot - I love how she used to get so excited when she saw me because I would have a treat for her and she knew it. (Sorry Mom when I gave her more than one!) God always knows what we need to heal and I believe God gave you Margo and Margo you at the perfect time and place to be "Jesus with skin on" for each other..to bless and heal and grow and most importantly to learn to love as God loves..purely and unconditionally. I'm sorry Margo's life was cut short because of pain but now she is free and you loved her "over the bridge" where she will wait for you. But you are still connected by the love that you share/shared. Blessings and love to you! Tell Margo hi from Aunt Kate!

I am so sorry for your loss. You were a wonderful Mom to Margo and I know that she knew it. It was so brave of you to take her home and very noble to have helped her through her hard times. You have written a very touching memorial and my hat is off to you. May God bless and keep you in his graces forever. Blessings..............

Lori, so sorry for your loss. Saying goodbye is never easy.....those little furry companions definitely steal our hearts and souls. They are so precious and are truly one of God's greatest gifts. Take comfort in that their love for us goes on as our love for them does for eternity. I am sure that the memories of this precious member will be with you always. We also lost our adorable little pug, Nikki Mae, who was the light of our lives for more than 14 wonderful years. We are sure that beautiful Margo and Nikki Mae have become good friends and are now having so much fun playing and running again. Please visit our Nikki Mae at: http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/NIKKI115/Resident.htm

Lori, Aspen, Kava, myself, and Joey and Toby too, even though they are cats, will all miss Margo very much. Aspen and Kava always got excited and had a jump in their step when they would spot you at the park with Margo. Our condolences are with you. We are always here and if you ever want to come by and get some doggie lovin', you know where to come. I'm so sorry for your huge loss. Blessings, Diane and the clan
