My prayer for each of us this Christmas season, is that each of our babies wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us this special season. I am so sorry to hear about your recent loss of Mattie. Please find comfort in knowing that Mattie is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I am sure that Mattie and Spooky have become good friends. Mandi thank you so very much for sharing the wonderful pictures of your Mattie with us. I have labs so I know how they can wrap themselves around our heartstrings. I do hope that you can find some comfort in the knowing that your Mattie is now connected to you in your heart as you walk this journey for a while without her. Mattie, sweet and beautiful girl. What a long wonderful life you spent with your mom. The loss of you is so heartbreaking but as the Angel puppy now, it is your job to let your beloved mom know that you are safe and sound and watching over her always. Show her in sweet dreams how you have warm sunshine to lay in, and cool grass to roll in. Let her know in little whispers how you watch over her and give her a kiss when she needs it most. Mandi & Mattie came into my life about nine years ago - she loved to come by my office and get treats every day! She looked exactly like my black girl lab - only chocolate! I was crushed when I found out and only hope you will give another little girl a home sometime in the future! We all love you and Mattie! She's forever in your heart!

My deepest sympathies to you on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 8 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

I know Mattie and Scooby are having the best time,alternately hunting squirrels and laying around on the bed! I can't beleive she is gone, but I know she will always be a part of everything you do, she was such a good girl! Emma misses her Big Dog Friend too. Dear Mandi, Just like you, I can not believe that she is gone. It was so unexpected but in my heart of hearts I truly believe it was just her time. It is never easy to say goodbye but, hopefully knowing she is in a wonderful place with mom to take care of her will bring you comfort. The only thing I can say is that I am really sorry that you had to endure this tragedy. We love you!!

I believe our babies know we will always carry them in our hearts.
