Hi Peggy, This is such a sad story about Pookie. I've had some bad experiences with vets vets also, I think they cause half the deaths, too much interference with drugs and prescription diets. So sad when you lose a fur baby and you know you didn't have to if it was done right. So happy to hear you ended up with a neice of Pookies, must be nice seeing Rosie acting like Pookie. I always wished Id had another one of my Jasper but I got him desexed, wished I hadn't when I saw what a great poodle he turned out to be. Its nice to see you still have Pookie and Sam up here. xo

Bill and Peggy: We will hold them in our heart until we can hold them in heaven. May memories of Pookie bring a gentle tear to your eye and a smile to your lips as we never forget those we have loved so dearly. The vase of flowers will always remind you of his beautiful curls.

Hello, handsome Pookie. We're sorry we've not visited sooner...we didn't know about you. Our Pressy is the little old gray lady kitty who helped you welcome Daisy to Paradise meadow. Pressy asked her family to visit you. She told us she plays in golden sunbeams and chases bright rainbows and colorful butterflies with you. She said she gives you kitty love headbumps and taught you to send love signs on the wind so Mommy and Daddy feel your loving presence with them and kisses in gentle breezes. Pressy said you sent a love sign to tell them Daisy arrived in Paradise meadow and is watching over them waiting with you until they come to cross Rainbow Bridge together forever. Play meadow games with furangels in beautiful Paradise but stop often to smile at Mommy and Daddy so they feel the warmth of your love surround them and know you miss them too and are with them. Soar among clouds on silvery angel wings to watch over Mommy and Daddy always, beloved sweet Pookie. Pressy's Grandpa

Dear Peggy & Bill, my sincere and heartfelt condolences on the loss of your beloved Pookie. Your dog is a beautiful and precious fur baby and is in Heaven with all our pets who have passed on to the other side, the better side with God Above in Heaven. I love Pookie's name, and your dog is very precious. No matter when we lose our babies- their presence is always in our hearts. We all will be reunited all together someday in Heaven with our beloved Pets. God Bless you always

Peggy and Bill, I recently viewed your adorable Pookie's memorial and am so sorry for your loss. What a handsome guy he is. You are right - what a needless death. Don't blame yourself though because you trusted the doctor. Afterall they are supposed to know best aren't they. It is so hard when we lose our furry companions. They give such unconditional love. I am sure your Pookie gave you so much love in his life and he knows how much you love him. Pookie be sure to visit your mom occasionally so she knows you are ok and having fun at the Rainbow Bridge with all your new fur buddies. Lots of love xoxo
