Barclay was a beautiful sheltie! My furbaby Lily was also a brown and white sheltie, and she was my angel. I'm sure they are playing together right now.

I am very sorry for the loss of your beautiful Barclay. Take consolation that he is now in heaven with my two cockers and they are all running and playing together like they did when they were puppies. I loved the story of Barclay, you were the best pet parents ever!! It is never easy, to let them go, the pets who have shared our lives, but there is a time when we must give them their dignity back. Bless you for making a difference in Barclay's life. I am asking GOD to surround your family with his loving arms and comfort you, today and always. Be assured you will see your beloved Barclay again when HE calls you to heaven. He is in the arms of the angels now, not to worry, Pat W., Irmo, SC

Hello Barclay the Practically Perfect Puppy. What a wonderful life you had with your mommy and daddy and the fond memories they have of you. All gave unconditional love to the other which will never be forgotten. You were truly the Visa Dog as daddy described. You were loving and loyal til the end. Watch over mommy and daddy as their special angel until you meet again. I have asked my angel Stuart to seek you out and be your friend and I hope the two of you will join with new friends and be happy and run free at Rainbows Bridge. Please visit his residency at http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/STUAR002/Resident.htm

Welcome to the bridge Barclay...how are you today? You are going to make many friends at the bridge & there's so much for you to do. You get to play ball & take long naps in the sun. Isn't that great? Your story brought tears to my eyes. SO beautifully written. And yes, we do all give out at some point in time. When it's time for our furry babies to leave, we have to take their pain & place it in our hearts so they won't hurt anymore. Make sure you send your mommie & daddy lots of smooches so they know you are OK. To Richard & Carrie...we are sorry for your loss. Hold your memories close to your heart until you see your precious Barclay again. http://RainbowsBridge.com/Residents/COLE002/resident.htm

My deepest sympathies to you and your family on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 8 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

To precious Barclay, a new angel at the Rainbow... I can just see you now with your feather-soft guardian angel wings, watching over your family back here. And I just know by now you've had a chance to look around for the coziest & softest places to take your sunshine filled Rainbow-colored afternoon naps, haven't you... And each time you look up and see that wondrously magical Rainbow, may you know that all those who loved you back here have actually helped make it shine a little brighter for you, Barclay. How? With their tears, sweet baby. Each love-drop filled tear here has mixed with the sunshine there at your new home, and your Rainbow shines even brighter for you now..... An old Indian proverb: "The Soul would have no Rainbow if the Eyes had No Tears" says it best... You now find rest in the Arms of God's very own Angels...what more could your family have ever wished for you? What more could have ever been wished... Rest well, sweet Barclay. Rest well with the angels.

Yes, I know what you are feeling right now because we had a wonderful guy named Joshua that we lost on 4/23. I am so sorry for your loss but I am glad to know that you are feeling comfort knowing that he is with the Lord. Please visit Joshua when you have time at http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/JOSHU007/resindet.htm Blessings.....

Dear Richard & Carrie, As I was reading your tribute to Barclay, I found myself laughing as well as crying. You can tell how special of a dog he was. I lost my Buddy last week very suddenly, and I too had to make the hardest decision of my life. On one of Buddy's last nights with us, he jumped up on the bed with me as he always did. This was despite his inability to walk or eat. It was almost as if he knew. It was that last night that I am so thankful for. I hope that your family is able to find peace and comfort during this difficult time knowing that Barclay is patiently waiting for you to join him someday. My thoguths and prayers are with your family.

Barclay, What a precious baby you were, always so loyal and loving. You taught and gave your family so much that they now know the true meaning of unconditional love. They long for the day to be able to hold you and to look into your eyes again. I know just how grateful you are for all of love and care in which they provided you. They miss you baby, so very much. I know that you don't want them to be sad for too long, but instead, be happy For you are happy, content at peace and have been surrounded by so many others who also love and adore you, including my Shayna Girl and Leche. I extend my deepest condolences to you for the loss of Barclay. I know just how painful it is to have lost your angel, for, I too, lost mine. Please vist my Shayna Girl at: http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/SHAYN005/Resident.htm and Leche at http://www.rainbowbridge.com/residents/LECHE001/Resident.htm My thoughts and prayers are with you.Until we are with our babies again.Shayna and Leche's mommy, Lisa

Welcome to the Bridge! I know you're busy making friends, romping around playing, and laughing so hard you just can't stand it, but don't forget to take the time to let your family know you're okay and thank them for the wonderful life they gave you...

Barclay - How gracious, loving and smart you were! Send mom and dad some signs, kisses from the Rainbow to let them know that you are safe, happy, healthy and will have many friends. Let Richard and Carrie know that you have met up with Brody, Henry, Maggie and Rusty and that God has appointed all four of you to be their guardian, protectors to watch over them until they are called to the Bridge to join you one day. I will tell my Brande to find you and play with you. To Richard and Carrie - I send my heartfelt sympathy to you over the loss of Barclay. I too lost my soulmate not long ago, see Brande http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/BRAND167/Resident.htm - We know that God has promised we will be with our babies again one day. I leave this quote with you, "heaven is the only place where all the dogs and cats you have ever loved will come running to meet you. Author Unknown

Barclay, you are so handsome! Please go to the Bridge and send your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the hearts of your mommy and daddy who miss you so much, and they will send their love right back to you on angels' wings. Richard & Carrie, your world has lost a very special furperson, and heaven has gained a very special soul. Barclay is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as BG is watching over us, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May his sweet love continually hug your hearts until then. Blessings & peace, Clare & Martha....Please visit BG and all his friends at http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/BG001/resident.HTM

Hello, handsome Barclay, welcome to the forever sunny meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Mom and Dad love and miss you so...they made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words about you. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to chase golden sunbeams and colorful rainbows and give you her special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind to Mom and Dad so they feel your loving presence and sweet kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until they come to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask they not be so sad but remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in their hearts forever. Play happy meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at Mom and Dad so they feel the warmth of your love surround them and know you miss them too. Soar among clouds now on silvery new angel wings to watch over Mom and Dad always, beloved Little One. Pressy's Grandpa
