Memories of Cadi
A girlfriend saved Cadi from the Dog Catcher. That same evening my girlfriend called and said "I have your dog". I said "both of my dogs are in the house". And she said "I know but I have your new dog". And I said "I can't take another dog". And she said "well I will just keep her until you are ready because I know that this is your dog and you two are meant to be together". During the next two years both of my doggies passed away. One weekend my daughter and another girlfriend were in my home and they both said "let's go get Cadi". And we did. Cadi became my constant companion. We ate together, we slept together, she came to work with me, she visited friends with me and she went with me to visit my husband in the nursing home. That same year my husband passed away and the bond between Cadi and I grew even stronger. We were together almost all of the time. Cadi was the best fur friend that I have ever owned. The hole in my heart is huge and I am hopeful that time will heal the pain. I miss my Cadi Bears.
