I lost my best friend on 18 December 2000. She had been in my life since she was about 6 months old. I bought her on 18 June 1995 for $50 from a guy who kept her in a round parrot cage. We bonded the minute we met! I love you so much baby, and miss you dearly my little Gizzy girl. You've been gone for over 5 years now, and I still can't find the perfect words to describe you. Anyone that sees your picture can tell that you were such a cutie, and very special to me. We shared a lot of fun times, and you showed me unconditional love. You helped me through the most difficult times of my life, and I treasure every moment that we shared together. I hope you are happy and playing at the Rainbow's Bridge with Lil' Rat, Beanie Baby, Sammy, and Nipper, and all the other animals that are there. Please try to get along with Nipper- OK- I'm not there yet to play referee. Kaleb (one of my lovebirds) joined all of you on Dec. 19th 2001- a year after you crossed. I know that all of you sent the stray kitty kat to me- even though you all know that I am a "ferret" person. I named her Meowzer, and she is one crazy kitty kat. She is now my indoor kitty, and spends most of her time sitting on the dresser next to Nasty bird in her cage. She not as affectionate that you all were, but she is company. I know we will all see each other again- I love you Giz.... Mommy
Update: I went to buy cat and bird food and there was a little ferret girl that reminded me of you, so she came home with me also. She was born Nov 23, 2003 and I named her Snickers. Now I have to play referee with her and Meowzer...since then Nasty the bird has died, and I adopted a rescue ferret, Paloma, and renamed her Punkin, so they both drive the cat crazy!
UPDATE: I broke down and added 2 more fuzzbutts to the house. Jill, an albino female, and Tigger- the male of the house. Now all 4 of them chase Meowzer around the house. Since then I adopted yet another fuzzybutt- his name is Clam Bone- and he is HUGE!!! They all keep me busy now. I still miss you my little one......you were always my favorite, and my best friend in all of my life. XOX
