Memories of Margie
| Where do I start? My little Margie was so special to me. She came into my life 9 years ago. Margie was dumped at the groomers, she was pregnant so we kept her till she had the puppies. She had 9- 5 girls & 4 boys. Everyone wanted the puppies. I saw what a good mommy she was so I decided to take her. I already had a house full 2 dogs & 1 cat but there was something about her that melted my heart. I could'nt have asked for a better dog. She soon became one of the family. She was funny, beautiful and a pleasure to have. As time went by I lost my other 2 dogs. they were her buddies and she took it hard. Four years ago she became blind, but not once did she complain. She adjusted very well and I became her eyes-I was her seeing eye-HUMAN. I often wonder why dogs have such a short life span. Margie may have been 10 or 12, but either way it's not enough. On the morning of Dec.29,2007 I felt that this was it. I looked into her eyes & I told her you walked into my life you can walk out i'll be okay. I thank God she was me when she went. All I can say to the person who dumped her they don't know what they missed. My little Margie was the best. I miss her very much. I know she knew that. Dear baby mommy will always love. |
