Marty 6/1/96 -- 6/19/07 God saw our Martyboy getting tired When a cure was not to be. He closed His arms around him And whispered, "Come with Me". In tears, we saw our Marty weaken We watched him fade away. Our hearts were deeply broken Marty fought so hard to stay. Today, there was no gentle nudge with an intense "I love you" gaze. Only my heart that's filled with tears Remembering our joy filled days. I still see my Marty as I turn each step I watch for him each day Oh precious one, I miss you so, Much more than words can say. So treasure our sweet Marty, Lord In your Garden of Rest. For here with us on earth Our Marty was....... the very best! The memories and love Marty gave us, will never be forgotten. We miss you.
