Dearest Percy. How could this have happened? You came, so sweet and kind, looking for a home, at last we found each other, and now you have left us. You were so brave, survived so much horror, and when you got sick on Wednesday, I took you to the vet, sure he could help you feel better. But this morning, as I waited for message to come and pick you up, the call came, saying you were gone. Now you are at the bridge, I hope you and Max have found each other and there in spirit, feel no more pain. I miss you so much, my lovely sweetheart. Mom My dear Percy. This is Tuesday, the day after you left for tthe bridge. So many kind people are visiting you and sending me lovely words of comfort. I cry though, can't stop. I look around and don't see you, my faithful little shadow. I hurt so much, but I know that for you the pain in your stomach has ceased. I love you so much, my dear sweet boy.June 2. Dearest Percy. Mom and dad have a new baby brother for you and Max. We found each other in Jacksonville, they were about to kill him, but we came at the right time, and he is now back home. He looks like you, but smaller. He has Max's smile, your eyes and coat, his tail looks like Toby, you cousin, the corgi, because he has chewed the hair off because of fleas. Fleas are gone, he is happy in your house. He keeps sniffing and looking for you. We miss you so much, but I guess God had other plans, maybe you were sick, and he saved you from more pain, so that God took you, and sent us Viggo instead. I hope you are happy for his sake, and he helps drying up our tears. I miss you so, my lovely, sweet boy. Please also visit Max.
