OH, Rosey! I don't even know where to begin. We love you with all our hearts. Life will be so empty without you. You brought so much JOY to every minute of our lives. You were so full of energy right up to your last minutes. You waited for us to come along and bring you home, the last of the litter...Rosey the Runt. But you were our "Cozy Rosey" from the moment we picked you up. The unconditional love you gave us is more than any human could ever ask for. We each have our own special memories that we shared with you. You gave each of us a special piece of your BIG heart. Although our time with you was so short, we cherish every single minute of it. You are a wonderful and beautiful dog. You know your "Sassy Tat" is going to miss you, she is the one with the failing heart, but yours was hidden from us. We never knew until it was too late. We appreciate you hanging on to give us all that you could, but we are so glad that you didn't have to suffer. We LUV you and MISS you so much already. Your "kitty cat" family will greet you here at Rainbows Bridge and hopefully GOD will let us all meet again and spend eternity together. Please look after us ROSEY.....BFF.....Your Family - Mommy, Daddy, James, Jenna, Sassy, and Grandmom too...LUV U LOTS and LOTS...xoxoxoxoxoxo It's so quiet here at home, I look around and see you everywhere, I worry that you are afraid and are trying to get back to us, but it's OK Rosey you need to rest and enjoy your life at the Bridge, HAVE FUN! It's true our hearts are sore, but your love and our cherished memories will help us heal. We know you are here for us, like always, and we are here for you, always. We will meet again in your SAFE & HAPPY place where we can spend all our days together. Luv u Babes..Mommy.xo. Oh, Rosey I miss you so, I feel so empty. It feels so strange without you here. Sassy has been following me around, she even slept with me. She looks for you, she misses you terribly. I can't believe you are gone. We put your beautiful picture in our computer backgrounds, Sassy sat right next to my laptop when I was working last night. I miss your wiggles, your snub, and your BIG Boxer hugs/loves. You are one of kind Rosey Babes, I can't stop crying, I miss you so muches!Luv Mommy-xo. Daddy is so sad Rosey, you were his BEST friend. He loved your walks together and your tug-a-war games...you really had special times together...always by each others side. We miss you talking to us, you always had to put your 2cents into a conversation..we would laugh and go on talking in your language so you were a part of our talks. Please look after Sassy, she is really missing you.xo 9/17 Hi Babes, can't believe another day has gone by without you. I visit you at Rainbows Bridge everyday. I hope you are having FUN! The Bridge has really helped me hold you close, I have met losts of nice people here, just like you are meeting new friends to play with. It really is a special place. A Boxer named Roxie Mae is there at the Bridge, you may have already met her, she also was taken from her family too soon - you 2 can have lots of fun chasing the rabbits! I "WUV U" my sweet RoseyBabes!xoMommy Hey Rosey-James played his very first home football game under the LIGHTS tonight. They lost 8 to 6, but it was a really good and exciting game, it was lots of fun. Tons of people showed up and the Spartan Mascot entered on a REAL horse. It was a special night for James and Daddy was interviewed by Channel 10 and was on the 11o'clock news--imagine that!!Luv you Babes.xo 9/21 I can't believe you have been gone from us for 1 week today, we are so lonely without you, the house is so quiet. We miss your wiggles and your snorts, your soft floppy ears, your big boxer hugs, your wagging snub, you were such a happy dog and you mean so much to us. Rotti sits on our bed, still shabby with holes in it, but he was your favorite play toy, and we will cherish it forever. Sassy is curled up next to him rite now, she misses you soooo. We WUV you Rosey, hope you are having fun playing with all your new friends. Look after us--you are our special angel. Luv, Mommy--xoxo 9/22Hi Rosey, I hear my bedroom floor squeak but nobody is up there, I look for you to come running out of the room. I miss your HUGS so much, it feels like it is getting harder with every passing day. You were my pal, wherever I was, you were, always by my side.BFF..luv Mommy 9/25 Hi My Rosey Babes, I miss you so. Life is so empty without you. I think about you always. It's Fall now, the season we brought you home. I named you Autumn Rose. You filled our lives with so much happiness. Remember when you were a pup and we dressed you up in build a bear clothes? You just let us and played along, you looked so cool in that black leather jacket! Halloween will be coming and you dressed up as Countess Dracula every year and helped me give out treats to the kids. The kids just loved you, we had so much fun. And boy how pooped you would be in the end of the night, we would just cozy together and sit with the jack-o-laterns lit in the family room, watching TV together. You were the best! This year I won't be home for Halloween I work the whole weekend. I guess its better this way, but know that I will be thinking of you and remembering our special times together--you were my best bud---such a good girl..I wuv u..xoxoMommy 9/29 Hey Rose, We picked up your ashes yesterday and your paw print, the vet made everything so nice. They put everything in a pretty gift bag and they stamped your name on your pawprint. We put you in the front room under the tree next to the CATS. We miss you so much I still can't believe your gone, life is so empty without you. I feel a little better now that I have your ashes. Sassy isn't doing well, I thought she might be coming to be with you yesterday but then she saw your chimp monk friend and she was all "sassy" again. The chimp monk has been out running on the patio every day, he misses you. He always messed with you, you could never catch him, but you both had fun with the chase. Please keep watch over Sassy, I don't want her to suffer but I don't want to give up on her to soon either. Since we found out about her bad heart when she was a baby, we chose to give her the best life and let her watch the wild animals out the window. She is still amused and enjoying herself, I know she misses you, you were her best friend. I wuv u Rosey Babes, miss u forever..xoxoMommy 9/30/10 Today was another sad day for us, we know you were with us, we had to put your Sassy Tats to sleep. She was starting to really suffer and we couldn't let her go through that. She started stressing a few days after your death and her heart starting failing...we started her on new medicine but she just got worse...she had a hard time breathing, she couldn't walk far without laying down for a break. Yesterday and today, she stopped eating. We didn't want to give up on her but we couldn't bear to see her suffer. We know she is with you at the Bridge...you 2 are happy together again. She gave us all lots of fun and love this past year...you were her best friend. The Vet was surprised she lasted this long, but that was because she always had you to lean on. Me and Jenna stayed with Sassy the whole time loving her and telling stories to the Vet. Everyone was really nice. Me and Daddy made her paw print plaque earlier today because we knew we had to let her go. We also made a Rosey and Sassy stepping stone for the garden that we are going to build in your "Sunny Spot." We miss you both so much...have FUN together playing in the grassy hills...Wuv u LOTS..xoxoMommy. 10/21/10 Hi Guys! Rosey,I can't believe it's been over a month that you have been gone. It's been so hard, we miss you so muches! Sassy's ashes are home now, they are in a beautiful, fancy wood box with brass fixtures and a little lock. You 2 were so special to us, you filled our lives with so much joy. We have applied to adopt a boxer, I hope you help me decide who is right for us. It has been hard for me because you know that I want to save them ALL...so I really need your help! I still think of you everyday and Sassy too, I wish you didn't have to go. We had so much fun together--I miss taking you with me everywhere, I miss just being with you. You will ALWAYS hold a very special place in my heart, my Rosey Babes...LUV U LOTS.xoxo.Mommy 10/24 Hi Rosey Babes and Sass..well you helped us, we came home on Thursday 10/21 with a new Boxer pup named Ellie, we changed her name to Lilly. She is a very special pup who needed a forever family and so we became her family. Maybe she was waiting for us just like you waited for us Rosey. She is a crazy Boxer girl just like you, and she flops and cozy's right up with her humans, she has lots of love to give. Thank you for helping us find her...we wuv u Babes and Sassy Tats too..xoxoMommy 11/7 Hi Guys! Well, Lilly is enjoying her new home. She doesn't like the crate, Rosey, not at all. Today we gave her a big "soup bone" in her crate, hoping to break her of her fear, she went in for a little bit, but would sneak out with the bone and take it to her dog bed. All day I kept putting the bone back and she kept taking it out. She needs to like the crate because it is her safe place when we are not home....any help you could send Rose would be greatly appreciated!!! It is really funny at times, because she'll do things that remind us of you....Daddy says she is "Rosey re-incarnated"!! She definitely has brought joy back into our home. We all still miss you so muches Rosey Babes and your Sassy tat too. I think of you always, you are always in my heart. You are one very special PUP, Rosey babes...Luv you forever, wuv your Mommy.xoxoxo 11/23 Hi Rosey It's Thanksgiving and we are missing you sooo...Daddy put up the Christmas lights outside today, the first year you weren't with him. Lilly went out for a little bit but right back inside with me, because she is still a pup she doesn't follow the rules real well (yeah, you were like that too!) Jenna and I take Lilly to puppy training classes, she has lots of fun. We found your old binder and are using it for Lilly. We left all your pages/pictures in there to show Janice, the trainer. She trained you too, she is so sad that you are gone. Lilly has been practicing daily and is doing well, sometimes she tries to be the boss, but I remind her who is...she definitely is a typical female. I really wish you were here with us, you would make a great big sister to Lilly. We are hoping to find a friend for her, it is so hard because I feel bad for all the dogs, but we need to find the right fit for her and us...maybe you can help us out? Well You and Sassy (and Snickers, Poohsers, Dixie,too) have a Happy Thanksgiving together...we are so thankful that we had a wonderful, loving life with all of you. We are Blessed. Now we have Lilly Girl who is a sweet blessing. Love you all Rosey Babes..Luv Mommy.xoxo 2/14 Hi my Rosey Babes I missed you on my birthday...I really miss your hugs...Happy Valentine's Day.xoxo 12/30/11 Hello Rosey Babes..I know it's been a while since I wrote you, but you know you are in our thoughts daily...you are everywhere in our hearts and home. Well a year has passed this past September when we last saw your smiling face...we miss you so much. I still put out your stocking, along with all our other fur babies. I decorate the front room for all of you guys since that is where all your ashes are. Lilly loves to sit in that room on the love seat just like you did..she keeps watch out the window just like you. I am so happy we became her forever family not long after you passed..she definitely has filled our lives with love and joy and keeps your spirit alive..it's like she knows you and is proud to follow in your footsteps. We love you Rosey Babes..Merry Christmas/Happy New Year..keep watch over us..xoxoxo
