I met you on my very first day at the pound for the Amanda Foundation. Teri saw something in you that I didn't see. Little did I know the impact you would have on my life. You taught me to see the true beauty hidden underneath the dirt, disease, and sadness that comes from being abandoned, on the streets, and in the pound. I could never have forseen the heart to heart and soul to soul connection that grew between us. I'm glad that you're no longer suffering, but I'm sad for the emptiness you've left in my life.
