Today marks the anniversary of your crossing over the Rainbow Bridge. I woke with the sense that you were there, next to me, and I felt comforted because it reminds me that you have not forgotten us. We often speak of you, your sweet and loving manners, your funny little tricks and quirks, how the squirrels made you run and bark like crazy, how you would crawl into the laundry basket to rest when we were away. Whenever I climb stairs, I always look up to see if you are peeking over the top step, looking down on me. I am comforted with the thought that you ARE looking after us from the meadow and the Rainbow Bridge. You were so full of love for Dad and I ... know that we remember you with love. We know you were a gift, a blessing in our lives. Oh how many kisses and hugs we are banking for the day we cross over to where you are.
Cuddle up with Gladys and take care, Darling Rose.
