Dear Shady- you were a little gift from heaven that came into my life. We dont know why you were the way you were- but for a year and a half- you got a wonderful place to live, great food and a warm place to sleep. I asked you for a sign and you sent me Freebird. It was hard to send yo away- but you are with Abby now, and I want you to know how much your Mommy loves you. Daddy does too-even though what happened. But now you may finally rest, and Mommy needs worry no more, as I know you will always be taken care of. I love you more than word can say. I cant wait to see you again my sweet angel baby. I love love love you. XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXO 12-4-06 Mommy is having a hard tiome today. I am going to view your little funeral today. I hope you know how much I love you Shady. We missed yo so much last night- but we knew you were finally relaxed, and it helps me to know that you have finally taken a rest. Shady- you were such a good little boy when you were, and my heart is broken that I cant ever see you again until we meet at the Bridge. My beautiful little Shady- please rest and relax and know that we did the best by you and you will never fail again. I love you more than you could ever know. XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOX Mommy 11-5-07 It has been almost a year. I still miss you everyday, and my heart is still broken. I sometimes hear you bark and hear the jingle of your collar. It hurts too much. I am so sorry my little buddy. 11-30-07 This sunday it will be one year that I had to send you away. I lovee you so much and miss you. It is still hard for me and the pain is still very fresh. Thank you for the sign the other day, you dont know how much that meant to me.
