AILISH, OUR LITTLE MISS
by Shelley Andrews
Yesterday seems so long ago.
Today we wondered,
Where did you go?

Ill only for hours.
But thankful we must be,
To see you suffer
Was hard on me.

Four months and a day,
We all grieved for Dawn.
Now we are sad to say,
That you too, have gone.

You were such a loving pet.
So gentle and kind.
The ball you would not get,
But we didnt mind.

Brother Bo is missing you.
And Ailish, so are we.
With Roscoe and Dawn too.
Again you are three.

Forever warm in the sunshine.
You shall now be.
I see you laying,
Amidst a pretty fir tree.

So go our dear pet,
We will always remember you singing.
Get the choir all set,
The treats we will be bringing.

For now we must say adieu.
A big hug and a kiss.
We will always remember you.
Our Ailish, our little miss.

Till we meet at Rainbows Bridge.
Love, Mommy and family x o
