You were taken from us one week ago.
Why you had to leave we'll never know.
Our hearts are broken I'm sure you can see.
One day together again we will all be.
You first came to us as a stray.
And with us you stayed until the other day.
We think you knew that your time was near.
And at the end you showed no fear.
You will always be in our hearts.
As you were right from the very start.
You are at peace now our canine friend.
And rest assure we will all reunite again.
We love you Sapphire, always have, always will.
Someday soon we all will join you over the hill.
Sadly missed by your family of almost 13 years.
