I got Sultan the Doberman from an animal shelter. We had a special bond from day 1. My partner left the door open that fateful night and you did something you'd never done, you walked out the drive..... You came into my life 2 years ago From the day I saw you I loved you so My constant shadow, my dearest friend I thought you'd be with me til the end Somethings happen - we don't know why But Sulatn it wasnt your time to die Now I'm left with heartache, no strength to carry on My eyes can't see, my heart wont believe your gone Sulty I hope you know how much we tried We'd have done anything to keep you alive But in the end we brought you home And when you went you weren't alone If I could have 1 wish today Would be to bring you home today Erase the past and carry on As though you never had been gone My constant shadow my dearest friend Please wait for me, for my life to end For then we'll be together again I love you so much Sultan xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Does the pain ever stop?
