My Friend At Rainbow Bridge
by Shawn Kinnibrugh
Sometimes my heart hurts so bad I can hardly stand it. You were the best friend I ever remember having. No matter what I was going through in life, I always knew I could hold your big head in my arms, and look into those beautiful brown eyes, and nothing could bother me, because I had your love. You always seemed to understand everything I said to you, and I always knew what you were feeling, that's why I had to make the choice to end your life. I knew you had started to suffer, and I could not watch your life fade. You were a "big ball of energy", and I thank God for the the 12 years we had you. I only hope you will always know how loved you were, and how many people loved you, Roscoe. When you left you took a big piece of my heart.....I'll get it back when I hold you again. In memory of Roscoe who left us on 10/12/04 We love you!
