I'll never forget the day that I picked you up at the Humane Society. You were so tiny and just a ball of blonde hair. I held you all the way home, rubbing your little head and stroking your nose, and telling you, what a wonderfull home you were coming to, and how lucky you would be. You kept your eyes on me the whole way home, as if you were soaking up every word I was saying to you. I realized later that it was I who was so lucky to have found you. You were everything to me. You fullfilled everyone of my needs plus a million more. I always new this day was coming, but how was I to know that it was coming so soon. With the help of God, you left me so quickly, He knew that I could not be able to handle you suffering very long. I miss you terribly. My heart aches so bad.
IF MY TEARS COULD BUILD A STAIRWAY, AND MEMORIES A LANE. I'D WALK RIGHT UP TO HEAVEN AND BRING YOU HOME AGAIN. UNTIL LATER MY ANGEL, MOM
