Molly JO
by Dorothy VeHorn
MOLLY JO My Molly went to heaven, On a sunny winter day Its hard to even fathom, that together well no longer play. She was my special little girl, whenever I was sad Shed lay with me and kiss my face, A better friend I never had. She loved to run and jump and play, Her favoriteher pink ball. She could run and play for hours, Never tiring of it at all. Molly was afraid of storms, the thunder made her cry, She'd run to me for comfort I was happy to oblige She had a funny little growl, It sounded like No, No Molly told me no quite often Oh, how I miss her so. She had crooked teeth, a long, brown face Her legs, they seemed to bow, But she was my little Beauty Queen I cant seem to let her go I love you, little Molly Of this, please rest assured Well be together again one day And miss each other no more Until this day, I promise you, Youll stay forever in my heart Im waiting for that day sweet girl Well never have to part.
