Little Poo, Tinkers buddy has made the trip. They both are in the land of no more hurts. I would think both are together once again, playing their little games. Walking and running side by side. They were a pair if there ever was, always stuck together, in thick or thin.
I remember the day when I got Little Poo. I put him in the car. Tinker seemed to take up with him right off. Poo had a rough puppy hood up to that point I think. Tink semed to have known it. They bonded together. There was no fuss over things. Tinker was about 4 months older.
It would be so funny to watch them, even sleeping. Poo really got the dreams going, sometimes he would have a goodie. He would even bark, never wake up. Tink would look at him like boy that must be some Dollie you got. Sometimes Tink would move a bit to try to keep out of the way. As a rule they even in an after noon nap would be close.
I called them the Boys, or the Brothers. Where one was the other would be real close by, they kind of looked out for the other. Each had their likes and dislikes. You would see them eating together. Sometimes it would look like one would say to the other, I'm full you finish it up if your still hungry.
One time Tink and Poo was in to see Dr.B about something. Dr. was a Peke person. He said, "you have a show dog here. Poo is perfect in every way." Well Poo was happy to lived a normal life.
Little Poo had more health problems seemed like. But he had some real good doctors. It was found he had cancer the last 6 to 8 months of his life. He took the treatment and it slowed it some. I think when Tinker left, Poo kind of slipped a bit. He missed his buddy so. I noticed he was having so much trouble eating. I took him to the vet. Dr. Mike.. It was found the cancer was back, His time was here. Poo died 2 months after Tinker to the day.
They both are together once again. Doing the Tink Poo thing. Thanks Boys for 15 plus years of happy times for me. Hope I will be with you once again. Don't run too fast, I'm coming.
So long Little Poo, you too was one of the best..
They both have their names on the wall at Kansas State School of Veternary. Thinks to Dr.Mike. Eastside Pet Clinic of Beatrice, Nebraska
