Lucy,08/08/1999-05/11/09 This is a tribute to your life here on earth. You came into our lives at 6 weeks old. Daddy picked out the name Lucy for you which suited you well. You were the prettiest Dalmation. We became so attached to you especially me, mommy. I would stop everyday and buy you a cheeseburger from McDonalds for a treat on my way home from work. You loved to eat. Months turned into years and we became as close as two living creatures could be. You were the joy of my life along with the rest of the family. We had a bond between us that cannot be explained. You understood me and I understood you. You also had your special bond with daddy also, but I believe you & I had something that was much more. We went through some health problems but we managed to get through them. I know you did not like getting shots everyday for your diabetes but it kept you here with us. The last year of your life here on earth was so special to me because I was home with you everyday. It seemed as though we became even closer. I am so sorry about the tragic way you passed and I know not the reason why but always know you took a part of mommy and my heart with you, and I will always be with you and you'll always be with me. I can't wait until the day we reunite. It will be a glorious reunion. Until that dayI will always remember and love you! MOMMY |
