| I found PARIS (my cockatiel) at the HUMANE SOCIETY. I fell in love with her right away..well almost..I was afraid to take you home. I had never had a Cockatiel before, but your first owner knew you needed someone with more time for you. He selflessly gave you up, so I could find you! I took you home in your own cage, with your own toys, but that was the only familiar things for you. I was new to you. I knew you must have been have been afraid too. We got along just fine. The kids loved you. You were, and still are (in my heart) the sweetest, kind bird I had ever known! You never bit anyone. We were sure you did not even know how to bite. Why you had to go, I may never know, I do know I will see you again, in heaven. UNTIL THEN MY DARLING..TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF UP THERE! I LOVE YOU PARIS! |
