Dear Darling Ginger, what a beautiful girl you are. I know that your Mummy loved you with all her heart and always will and you are forever in her heart. Please look out for Gemma at the bridge, I am sure you two will get along famously! You will have plenty to 'yap' about! Don't forget to look out for your Mummy in the very distant future (but it will only seem like five minutes away for you as time flys when you are having fun playing with your friends at Rainbow Bridge) She will be walking over that bridge towards you...just think of the reunion you both shall have! I know you visit your Mummy often and she cannot see you but we know for a fact that she thinks about you all the time. She loves your very, very much and you are one very lucky furbaby to have such a wonderful Mummy. Go have fun at the bridge sweetie. Lots of love Auntie Julie x

Your little Ginger reminds me so much of my fur angel Tinkle. Ginger lived two years longer than Tinkle but both had heart problems, both were brave little souls and both were loving and affectionate fur babies. I had Tinkle put to sleep on the 9th July, 2011, as she had reached the stage where she was vomiting bile, couldn't sleep and was finding life hard to cope with. At times she would look at me as if pleading me to help her. What could I do? Like you I tried to keep her as long as I could but it broke my heart to see her suffer. Her quality of life was almost zilch. Like Ginger, Tinkle had multiple medications which she hated taking and was finding it hard to eat. Like Ginger, Tinkle died in my arms. I hope Tinkle finds Ginger as I think they would get on very well together. Perhaps they could play while they are waiting there for their mothers (you and I) to be reunited with them on the Bridge - I would like that. Anyhow Joyce take care of yourself. You will be in my thoughts.

My deepest sympathies to you on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 6 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

First I want to say thank you for stopping to see Annie. I too had to give Annie meds, did what I could and so on. I know we shouldnt second guess ourselves but I think I should have let her go a while ago. I guess I was being selfish. She is buried with Molly and my other pets along with my wife's dog in Valley City at my dads house. Ginger was lucky to find you. You to did everything you could to provide a better life than Ginger had before. Thank you for that. I to am sorry for your loss

You are a precious furchild I am sure you have met my four, Princess, Kaizer, Maddie and Old Girl by now and are playing in the meadows with them. Joyce, how adorable! What a touching tribute. I am so very sorry that Ginger had to leave to cross the bridge. They are not lost, just waiting for us. One of my best friends and companion of 16 years, Willy, went to the bridge in January. My tears still flow when I think of him. I know though, that Ginger and Willy are probably playing in the meadows, running and jumping now. I know Willy loved the sunshine and I hope that she does too. I truly believe that God would not have made a Heaven without our beloved companions there to meet us. I have left an extra angel to look over Ginger, as they are our special angels watching over us. I hope that your pain begins to turn to peace that fills your heart with nothing but wonderful memories. They make the days become a little less heartbreaking knowing that their hearts are always with ours. God Bless You until we all meet again.
