I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Spencer. Please find comfort in knowing that Spencer is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I have lost several babies since Spooky's passing. Hannah 1/11/13, Sammi 8/2/13,Maci 4/9/14, Gabbi 3/20/17, Zoe 1/3/18, Willow 6/4/18, Shelby 6/12/18, Bear 11/17/19 and Bella and Murphy who were both tragically poisoned on 06/18/20. Dear Kim, I am so sorry for the loss of your sweet Spencer! You have created such a beautiful residency for him and I cried while I read what you wrote. It is clear how much Spencer was loved and I'm sure he returned it 10 fold. How lucky you were to have your boy for so many years. But I'm sure he captured your heart on the first day. Try to remember all of the good times you shared. Hopefully they will start to bring you some comfort and solace. I fully understand how you feel and how it is like losing a limb. My big boy Timber was my shadow and I am lost without him. But hopefully in time our hearts will heal and we will be able to smile again when we think of them.
