All non-personalized items purchased at the Rainbow Boutique carry a 30 day no questions asked money-back refund policy (less shipping and handling).

Personalized items: 30 day, no questions return policy, less shipping and handling if return is due to customer decision that the product is not wanted. If product is defective because of vendor error the full cost, including shipping, will be refundable. This does not apply to specialty (personalized) items if the client was contacted by the vendor to confirm the customers needs.
