Memories of Beatrix
| Beatrix was my joyful, friendly and kind bunny son. He chose me at Rural King one day while I was shopping. He loved to hide under the bed and leap onto it, greet me when I came home and be my office assistant when I was working or doing chores on the computer. Lounging in sunbeams, running circles around my feet and begging for tasty treats were also hobbies. After 5.25+ years of loving companionship in my home, I found a lump on his back. He was diagnosed with subcutaneous lymphoma, which took away his ability to hop and be healthy, and ultimately his life. We had 2.5 months together before he passed away in my arms. I'm grateful to have loved this bunny, and am thankful that we gave each other the home and memories that we did. He is forever in my heart and waiting on the other side for me.
