Chloe was a sweet, energetic cat. She would bounce off the wall like a berm on a BMX bike track. She wasn't too fond of being held, but she liked to keep me company. I got her when she was about nine months old, along with her brother, Alvin. She would snuggle with him on various chairs, but mostly chairs in my computer room. Chloe was going to be seven the year she passed. I wasn't about to let her suffer long, so I decided to put her to rest shortly after a vet visit. I walked into the living room where she was on the couch resting. As I got closer she noticed me and quickly got up and put her front paws on the arm of the sofa, greeting me. After that happened I abruptly woke up. I wonder what it will be like spending forever with her and all my animal friends. I can't wait! It's certain to happen... |
