Coco loved her mom and dad very much and later in life, she came to love her Illinois family too. She especially loved sitting perched up on her dad's shoulder. She brought her Illinois family comfort and purpose during a difficult time and we will always be grateful for the opportunity to love her in her final months. Coco battled health issues that slowed her down but she was never one to be counted out, especially at treat time or walk time. When she wasn't able to walk much any longer, her adopted mom included her in walks with her sister Lucky in a carrier. She loved looking around and taking in all of the sights and sounds of the neighborhood. |
