Jake passed away at 15 1/2 years of age. Struggled with a rare rectal cancer and COPD. He lost his battle on March 15,2013. Jake and I will alwaays be connected as he passed on my birthday. Jake also leaves behind his mommy Jennifer ( my daughter). He loved her so and she regarded him as her best friend since 3rd grade. Jake was also my best friend. Jake will always be my son and I will see him in Heaven. |
