Jax came into our lives in the summer of 2017. His name from the breeder was Rascal and that about summed up this free spirit pup. Not the easiest to train because he loved to do things his way but we did manage to get him to pay attention.....some times. When guests would arrive he would whimper and greet them with such love and great affection. He loved his walks around the neighborhood where he walked us! and driving in dad's truck especially to HIS field. There he would romp around and explore every inch of that special place. Did he love to sniff! We would joke that he had a condition of OSS- ( obsessive sniffing syndrome) and lived for his walks and runs. Jax was a gentle soul who loved his family and would cuddle and love each and every member individually. Mommy, daddy, Michael and Sarah, each had a special place in his big heart . Jax loved to eat and he LOVED his treats. Morning rituals would include conning mom into giving him a second treat when dad had already given it! Trips to the bank drive through became mandatory treat stops and he would then expect them wherever we went. Nightly cheese treats with mommy was his favorite part of the day and yes a cookie as a night cap. Jax was spoiled and a free spirit, who lived life to the fullest in everything he did; wrestling with daddy, chasing his toys, finding golf balls and acting the fool running around in circles in the back yard. There was no one like Jax - a once in a lifetime, larger than life loving, gentle soul that gave you his all every day. There was never a bad day for Jaxy until we had to say goodbye. We are heartbroken that we will not see his smiling face ready to lead us on the next adventure, with love and purpose. He gave us all such joy and stability that it will be so hard to not picture him waiting on us to get the new day going in a grateful, God loving way! We can't wait to see you again our friend on the other side of the Rainbow 🌈 with our Heavenly Father in Heaven. You were such a blessing sent to us by God to make our lives complete and for that we are forever thankful! God Bless you Jaxy you will be forever missed! |
