Today is the saddest day of our lives. We lost the sweetest dog on Earth. Lucy filled our hearts with love and lots of sweet memories. Your dads will be forever grateful for all the beautiful moments we got to spend with you. Every time we eat French fries or chicken, we will remember how you love to get your chicken and fries treat. Your insulin, a girl full of sugar, needs to regulate it daily. Your smile and hugs. We cannot erase the memory of your playful moments. As you aged, you reminded us how much you loved to be pet, and all the things that made you a sweet happy girl. Go and meet Diego, Dora and Dylan. They are waiting for you across the rainbow bridge. The four of you will be together watching after your daddies, and protecting us with your immense love. January 10, 2024 Dear Lulo, I am coming today in your first anniversary to visit your memorial. I am very sad as I remember you today. You were my sweet little baby. I love to carry you down the stairs to take you outside. I love to give you your insulin and your food. I miss you so much my Lucy, you were so much Joy. You are not suffering anymore. You are together with your little sister and your brothers, watching us here. I know the four of you take care of Botitas everyday, just the way I ask you to do it. Send your angels and spirits to watch after him. He needs the four of you to protect him, Also, protect daddy from wherever you are until we meet again. I love you my Lucy. My heart fills with sadness because you are not here with me, but your soul is always with me, and that makes me smile, my angel in heaven.
