Hey Mr. Max~

Yesterday when I dried your Lettermen's Jacket, which you wore the last time we walked. (remember you had ice on your moustache) I cried and cried. I didn't know it would be our last time to walk after 22 years. I wish I had known it would be our last walk.

I can't be selfish, we had you a very long time. I only wish that you, Rusty, Bindi, Scarlett and Snick play together. (with all the other dogs on the Rainbow bridge) I miss all of you guys so much!

Max....you are one of the smartest dogs we have ever known. I won't get over you following me around in the house. I miss you big guy.
