Every time I peel a banana I wait for you to come running to get your piece, you loved bananas. My best friend I miss you so much. I had you for almost 14 years but it wasn't enough time. Companion, pal and confidante, a friend I won't forget. You'll live for always in my heart, my sweet forever girl. Though some may say it's 'just a pet', I know I've lost a friend. Thank you for all the love my dear Meeka. "One year ago, you left paw prints on my heart that will never fade. The house is quieter without your jingle, and my routines feel empty without your presence. But I carry you with me in every walk, every time I sit to read my book, and every quiet moment. You were more than a pet; you were my soul's companion. I miss you deeply, but I find comfort knowing you are running free and at peace.
