Memories of Mr Midnight
Mr Midnight came to me on my 50th birthday ,his Mom was a stray I had been feeding and she came into my home with her 4 kittens. He was the runt of the litter so I bottle fed him and kept the entire family safe.
Midnight was a beautiful cat ,he gave me unconditional love and saw me thru breast cancer ,death of my Mother .He would sit in the bay window and wait for me to come home from work greet me at the door and then sit in front of his bowl awaiting dinner. He talked to me and always knew when I needed his love and affection.
He loved to sit under the Japanese maple tree in the garden as I cleaned the front of my home and join me on the porch at night in his chair and enjoy the warm summer nights.
Midnight brought me birds always alive to show me his love and we would let them go together.
My fur baby got ill in October and we did everything available ,Dr Paul gave Mr Midnight a fighting chance but on Dec 20th ,Midnight was crying and whimpering so we went into see Dr Paul ,it was time for my fur baby and as I held him and loved him thru the treatment I knew he would cross the rainbow Bridge and wait for me.
With all my love forever in my heart,
Mom
