Ms.Kitty Kitty came to my house and adopted me Oct. 2000. She had feline leukemia but was not ill. I was able to give her four good years before she was stricken. I've never known such a wonderful cat. She was so smart, pretty, gentle, and loving. She|
did not deserve to have her life cut short. It took me months before I could bring myself to remove her things. It gave me some comfort to see them and imagine her in her bed or curled up in my blanket on the sofa where she liked to be when she was ill. She liked to be where I was as I think it made her feel more secure during the last four months. I thought I was prepared to face the end since I knew the day would come from the very beginning but I had just lost my brother suddenly a year before and then my dearest friend of 30 years passed away 3 months prior. Having to face losing her was as heart breaking as losing my two beloved dogs, Prince & Lady. It was so quiet and lonely w/o her. Good-bye my dear, sweet Ms. Kitty Kitty. I will hold you close once again someday. God surely will allow all of us to be together for eternity.
