Memories of Nikkel
Nikkel's sister and the rest of her original pack are all here on the other side of the Bridge and I know she's being greeted by all that went before her. She was a fierce little creature with a loving heart and a BIG attitude! I have such great memories of her running flat out at the dog park, or barking at the yard guys so hard that her entire body came off the ground. She was my assistant when running errands and never turned down a Starbucks pup cup. We will miss her more than words can express.
Run fee, my little Nikkel Pickle! All your pain is gone and I will see you and hold you again one day.

3/29/26 - this is our 2nd day without you and I miss you so much! Today I packed up your beds and blankies and will be donating them to dogs in need. I think you would like that. Some things I'll keep always, like your Journey T-shirt.
I keep looking did you everywhere. Chloe seems to do so as well, and Joe is so sad, as is your daddy. We all miss you and wish you were still here with us, my little one...even the 5 AM wake-up barks. I hope you are hanging with your pack and watching over us.
