Memories of Peaches Khan
Peaches was a little Princess, and I will be forever grateful to have had her in my life. I love you Peaches and want to thank you for all the joy and comfort you brought to my life. Angels dropped you down from heaven to be there for me, and I can't thank God enough for that. The hardest part is letting you go my little Peaches. I'm so sorry I couldn't keep you longer, and want to thank you with all my heart for trying to stay strong for me. It's just not fair to have someone you love leave. It just isn't right. I will miss you forever my little Peaches. I love you, Fess

My little Peaches has been a savior for me. I owe Peaches everything with all my life. Although her half-sister Pookie is by my side, I still feel so sad to say goodbye. Little Miss Peaches was a special little baby that always brought a smile. Peaches loved to cuddle and play and brought heartfelt hugs to my life each and every day. Peaches loved to go for walks and stop and smell every scent on her way. Her big brown eyes would bring paradise each and every day. Peaches was a precious little Princess and always acted like a lady. Her half-sister Pookie is the tomboy adventurer, but little Peaches was the Princess who loved to be pampered. Peaches had manners when it was time to eat. She would take her time and just be sweet. When Peaches had a good meal, she would always let you know. A rub of her head or a swift flip of a pillow was always warm to the heart. It was adorable to witness each and every day. Peaches also loved to dream. Her little body was full of dreamy noises and wiggles that always made me smile. I used to say those are little Pekingese dreams. Even in her old age and battling cancer, Peaches would randomly run laps around the house to show off. Even though Peaches was small, she was so strong and brave to carry me all the way, except when the thunder came. Poor little Peaches would get scared and hide, and I would rescue her and get her tail aside. Peaches also loved to do nose kisses. I used to rub my nose on hers and she loved it. She had the cutest little button nose. I used to tell her that her nose was as cute as a button and that she was so cunning. I hope that Peaches is at peace now and not suffering anymore. I hope she is in paradise making friends and more. It will never be the same without my Peaches, and I miss her more and more every day:(

Not long after losing Peaches, I had to say goodbue to her half sister Pookie on 4/13/21 . Pookie was amazing!! She was so full of life and loved to run. She had the cutest little growl and roll she used to do. Pookie would always stick up for her sister Peaches no matter what. Even if Peaches was in the wrong, Pookie would be there to back her up. I loved it. Pookie was always friendly with other dogs and cats. She loved everyone and everything, except maybe going to the Vet. Pookie use to always like to sleep on my clothes. Instead of a nice soft doggie bed, Pookie would choose the clothes I wore that day to sleep on. She used to paw at my clothes on the floor until it was just right to lay down. Pookie use to get so excited if I said the word "walk." I could just whisper that word, and Pookie would be ready to go!! Pookie always had to check on me no matter what I was doing. She was the little bodyguard. Pookie was the tomboy and Peaches was the little princess. It was wonderful. I'll always miss you Pookie! Thank you for being there for me everyday!
