From the moment he set foot in the house and sat down on the couch the way Dad does, he was part of the family. He was able to beat an eye problem early on that could have cost him that eye. No cat was happier with his daily routine than Pishoes. Attacking Mom's feet in the morning, playing after that, eating, then nap time. He loved the vibrating Mr. Potato Head foot massager, which we used to rub him! He would sleep in Mom's shoes in the evening at the foot of her couch. He was a perfect gentleman for a cat, and the perfect cat for a family whose parents were easing into retirement with 4 young adult children who were continually moving in and out. He always wanted to be where the action was, but not get caught up in the action. He was far too young for heart failure, and far too young to go. We'll never forget you, Pishoes, and we hope you won't forget us! Love, your family. |
