4/18/08 - Happy 10th Birthday Baby Boy!

Salem was born on April 18, 1998. He was always a bit shy and stand offish but would have his moments where he would want his love. A year ago he became very sick because of an infection but with the help of our vet, managed to pull through and managed to get well. About a month ago, he started to lose a bit of weight. A couple of days ago, he begin to get really lovey and clingy and would yowl if no one paid attention to him. Once attention was gotten, he would stop. Tonight(Feb 29, 2008) his yowling didn't stop. I picked him up, cradling him and he gently passed away. Salem would have been 10 April 18. He was my baby boy and will always be remembered.
