Sergeant picked me. He ran up to me and crawled up on my feet and fell asleep. He knew he was safe with me. He was my comfort and companion when I was alone and struggling. He was there every morning to bark at me to wake up to take him outside. He knew when he needed to be by my side to comfort me and be my strength to carry on. I love him so much.
