Memories of SPOTTY
Spotty is my big white boy and I miss him every second of every day. I was there with my little baby on August 17, 1993 when he came in to this world and there 12 1/2 years later on February 16, 2006 when he had to go to Rainbows Bridge. Although he is all white, when he was a kitten he had a black spot on his head. Long after his spot disappeared, his name remained.
He was the gentlest, with a big heart. He loved his two Basset Hound sisters, Katy, 3, and Isabel, 2, and they loved him too. Of course, all three had to be in the bathroom with you if you were in there. Spotty liked to drink water out of a dixie cup or sometimes straight out of a trickling faucet.
Every night he spooned with me and every day he lay high a top his 6 foot kitty condo, placed strategically between the kitchen and living room so he could keep an eye on both rooms, sticking out an occasional paw to any given passerby. Krinkle snake was his best buddy.
I will join my fur baby one day at Rainbows Bridge, where we will cross the bridge together.
