Sugie picked us at a JRT rescue. She leapt into our laps and our hearts that cold freezing day! Sugie was the closest to the heaters in her cage and was still shivering, she seemed determined to go home with us. She was so sweet and pure white, so we named her Sugie. Sweet angel of a dog, snuggler supreme, melting away your cares. She sensed when you needed cheering up. Our little white coconut doggie loved chasing squirrels and pink squeaky toys. Sugie loved neck scruff rubs, belly rubs, ear and eye massages! I would hold her in my lap like a baby and trim her nails. She would close her eyes and go to sleep! Sugie loved going on a boat ride, chasing birds by the waters edge, going for walks, meeting and greeting people and dogs. We got a doggie stroller for her when the heat and walks were too much for her. So she still got petted, sniffed, all the sights, sounds, people, and dogs in the park. Sugie was always polite to people, she was not a barker or a jumper. She never destroyed anything in our home except her dog toys! Her favorite foods were salmon, broccoli, pumpkin,mango, sweet potato, all fruits and veggies that were orange. She liked healthy foods! We had several sweet nicknames for her, Sugar cube, little white coconut, and sweet angel doggie. We know that she is waiting for us over the rainbow bridge where the trees are only 3 foot tall and lots of squirrels to chase. Sugie angel was so smart, attentive, and loving, we miss her greatly.
