Taz had the spirit of a wild creature. She loved the dusk, digging and hiding in holes, backfilling with leaves, waiting to make her move on anything that approached our home. She was a great protector. She got the nickname "Fat Dog" because she loved to eat and was portly. She would howl and yodel and do a little dance when you asked her to sing. She was the big sister of Jake, although unrelated, she taught him a lot. They were partners in crime, loved to get into trouble together. Inseparable.
