Rainbow Bridge,
Ever-green meadows, as far as the eye can see,
Clear blue sky, oh so blue,
Cool babbling brooks, shading branches reaching far,
For our 4-legged pals, waggings tails, loping tounges,
Running, running, under the sun,
Are the young ones and old ones,
All in full health,
In bliss and happiness.
For the purring felines, we have,
A meadow of their own, and also a lovely house,
Of every size and shape,
Filled with things they want,
In a carefree, joyful life.
The little feathered friends of ours, fly free in the air,
And may roost in a cage or tree,
Within the cooing and cawing, you hear a tint of happiness.
All other little creatures, rabbits, gerbils, hamsters,
With fields and meadows for them,
Carrots, seeds, and all they want,
Grown and scattered far.
There is, however, somthing,
They are hoping, waiting for,
You, who cherished and loved them,
They want to see you,
They will wait until you cross, that Rainbow Bridge,
To see, meet, share they joy they have for you again.
~*MAY GOD BLESS EACH ONE OF YOU AND YOUR BELOVED PAL.*~
