I miss you
I miss the way you looked at me with those big brown eyes
I miss the way you hopped around
and jumped along the ground
I miss the way you sat around for hours at a time
I miss the way you trashed your cage
just after it was fine
I miss the way you bit me
then liked me right away
I wish I could have saved you
I wish you didnt die
I wish that life was just the same
and you never went away
I'll keep you in my hear though
and I won't forget the past
but fornow I'll live my life out
and we'll meet again at last
