We care for our pets
Every animal has a place on earth.
Even those of lower birth.
It is our responsibility to see
That they don't live in misery.
We must take the initiative
To see that each one lives-
A life of hope and dignity,
The same as you and me.
Animals have a place in our hearts.
And they should be set apart.
Each one should be protected,
Most certainly not neglected.
Because we all love pets, we must
Care for animals everywhere.
And know that when we do
They'll be safe their whole life through.
