McGee
Oh McGee, my trusted friend
how do I say goodebye to you?
For eighteen years you have been with me
always loyal and always true.
We have done so many things together
we have travelled far and wide.
I cannot remember a tyme McGee
when you were not by my side.
I remember the mountains and the beach
and how you loved so much to run.
And for all these years you have been with me
you are my friend, my dearest one.
But now McGee it is tyme to go
you are being called to the Other Side.
Though your heart's still young your body is olde
and it is tyme for your last ride.
I will not and cannot say goodebye to you
for you will always be with me.
And when you're running through God's fields of flowers
know that I love you, my McGee.
