Muffin was always a good dog. About 9 years ago my sister picked Muffin out of a litter of about 6-7 puppies. She could just tell by his face that he was the one that was good for kids and seemed to be very gentle. Over the years my family got very attached to the little dog. When my grandpa moved into my neighborhood about 3 years ago, Muffin would go over to his house across the street when we were at school, and work. They would spend time together and my grandpa would feed Muffin better than most people eat. While he worked on crafts Muffin would stay by the door as a watch dog and look out for him. My grandpa was devasated when he found out Muffin had past away! I can't wait till we get another dog, it's very quite around the house without Muffin around. I will never and cannot replace him but we need company around here. Muffin died about 2 days ago, some guy ran over him. Muffin was always afraid of thunder and lighting, so when my dad left for work Muffin went over across the street to my cousins and ran under a car. I guess he thought it was not running but he ran under the wheel and got killed. I will never know what really happened but that is what I think. He was a good dog, but if you messed with him while he was eating! Boy, you better watch out he would bite. But hey would you blame him? My grandpa was feeding him better than anybody esle. Muffin you will always be in our hearts and we will never forget you!
Luv,
Becca and the Cox family!
P.s. Muffin- Mom was really upset about what happened to you, if she ever treated you wrong she didn't mean it. Mom was crying alot! We miss you!
