Some people remind me of little ants, they scurry all about.
Their doing this and doing that, no time to think things out.
They buy things just to fill them up, discard them when their through.
The heartless way they treat a pet, so sad, yet oh so true.
We thought he would be potty trained,
My husband has the flu,
My child became allergic
What am I to do?
He grew to big,
He was to small,
Were moving in a day.
This dog, he barks incessantly,
please take him far away.
So out of peoples fickleness
"The Shelter" came about
A refuge for discarded pets
that people have thrown out!
