Meme was a 6 year old black and white female cat. She passed away at the Lort Smith Animal Hospital on the 10 th of august, 2000. She was hit by car and we got her to the hospital alive. She was put on drip and x rays showed she had a badly broken spine. The vet advised us to put her to sleep as it would have been painful and difficult for her to have a good quality life, so due to these circumstances it was not a difficult decision to make. She passed away peacfully while we patted her for the last time. She is now buried in the back yard beside her brother and play mate 'Tiger' who ironically died the same way 2 yrs ago almost to the day (Thurs. 6 th august, 1998) We shall miss you Meme , sleep peacfully till we meet you again. A true freind and companion to Joe, Jane and Lorraine.
